Director of Strategic Partnerships

About the Role

Partnerships are force multipliers for Alethia's growth. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will design and execute our alliance strategy, turning platform relationships into revenue engines and market reach.

You will build the ecosystem that amplifies our intelligence: co sell programs with cloud platforms, joint solutions with data providers, and industry partnerships that help establish Alethia as a category defining company.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute Alethia's channel and alliance strategy from the ground up
• Develop co sell programs with major platforms including Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Negotiate partnership agreements that drive measurable revenue and strategic advantage
• Create joint go to market programs including webinars, case studies, and solution bundles
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape joint offerings and thought leadership
• Build scalable frameworks for partnership development, enablement, and success measurement
• Represent Alethia at conferences, partner events, and executive forums

What We’re Looking For, Required

• 10+ years in alliance management, partnerships, or channel development
• Experience building or scaling partner programs in enterprise SaaS, AI, or data platforms
• Track record of partnerships that drove significant revenue or market expansion
• Strong executive relationship management and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and modern data platforms
