Why we built Alethia
We founded Alethia after years working inside large organizations. We kept seeing the same paradox: companies had more data, systems, and technology than ever, yet basic questions remained difficult to answer. What is happening? What does it mean across the business? What should we do, and what happens if we wait?
Sales knew the customer. Finance understood the economics. Operations knew what the business could deliver. Market information and employees’ experience held other parts of the answer. The information existed, but bringing it together when a decision mattered was still difficult.
We had also worked on transformation programs intended to solve this. Some helped. Others took longer, cost more, and delivered less value than expected. We started asking:
