Client Solutions Director

About the Role

As Client Solutions Director, you will translate Alethia's capabilities into business impact. You are the bridge between what we have built and what clients need, turning complex intelligence systems into clarity, confidence, and measurable results.

This role requires equal parts strategic thinking, storytelling, and systems understanding. You will lead discovery, design solutions, and ensure every engagement delivers transformative value.

What You'll Do

• Lead solution design for enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling business narratives and executive proposals
• Shape industry specific use cases across insurance, energy, supply chain, construction, and defense
• Partner cross functionally with Product, Design, and Delivery to align solutions with client objectives
• Drive strategic account growth through consultative leadership and trusted advisor relationships
• Contribute to thought leadership including case studies, white papers, and industry presentations
• Ensure client success by connecting business outcomes to platform capabilities

What We’re Looking For, Required

• 10+ years in consulting, enterprise solutions, or strategic client management
• Experience in AI, data analytics, or enterprise transformation environments
• Proven ability to craft and deliver executive level proposals and presentations
• Strong understanding of how intelligence systems drive foresight and competitive advantage
• Exceptional communication and analytical storytelling skills
